White Sands Buddhist Center (Tu Vien Cat Trang), 4640 Knost Dr., Mims, Florida 32754 USA.
Founded by Venerable Dr.Thich Tam Thien in 2005 with the support of both local Vietnamese Buddhist group in Florida and other Buddhist communities in the US. Our center is open to the public, and you are welcomed to visit from dawn to dusk. The White Sands Monastery features the three largest granite statues of the Buddha in the state of Florida on its grounds. On Wednesdays, from 11:00 am, public volunteers are invited to come participate in our weekly grounds-keeping activities. Our meditation services are held every Sunday, morning from 10:00 am to 12:00.  You are invited to join us for this event, which is given in both English and Vietnamese. If you would like more information, please visit our website at www.tvct.org.
